Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, we aim to delivery all orders placed before 1 pm Monday – Friday within 2-3 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times, this only applies to UK orders.

Returns & Exchange

Our returns and exchange policy is 30 days. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods, and ONLY within this time period.

Our cancellation policy is 14 days under the Consumer Contract Regulations. Under the CCRs we are only able to refund unopened products.

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if all of the below are met:

The goods are damaged or defective
The goods were purchased directly through
The goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers.    

We are also unable to refund Sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email to coordinate, using the subject line RETURNS. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
